Landside guidance system VELIS ready for operation but opening of Berlin's new airport has been postponed
VIA takes care for the complete landside guidance system VELIS between motorway exit and terminal entrance. The sign-posts with the variable LED messages and the prismatic signs are mounted, connected and fully operational now. After the opening of the airport they will guide passengers and visitors to the terminal, the parking lots and the Airport City business area. In case of special traffic situations around the terminal they will provide the appropriate information to keep the airport traffic flowing.
